In the period 2017/2018, Hotel America has implemented a project under the ERDF 2014-2020 Operational Program notice 3_2017 of the Autonomous Province of Trento, with the co-financing of the European Union - European Regional Development Fund, the Italian State and the Autonomous Province of Trento. The project, for a total amount of € 41 thousand co-financed at 50%, has set the goal for the hotel to be on the market with a revised and improved offer; thanks to the tools designed and unified online and offline, the definition of future strategies are partly self-managed and allow fundamental planning over time. The redesigned workflow of acquisition and reception management gives space to strategies aimed at increasing the quality of the offer and services. Thanks to the interventions carried out, the hotel can have particularly advanced tools that guarantee an optimal online positioning and an extremely innovative on-site reception process.
